The lower part of the backrest of the model I received is not exactly the model seen in the advertisement. The model received does not go up and down independently of the backrest. It is fixed

Hello, personally I prefer a harder seat. As the headrest is not adjustable in depth I suggest you make a small cushion of +/- 9 cm thick easily hanging. I measure 1.91 m and weigh 98 kg. With all the settings I knew perfectly adapt the chair to my morphology. I have already fallen asleep so comfortable!
