The lumbar support keeps loosening, so I constantly have to readjust the height and depth. It also lacks fixed Y-axis rotation, and the lower part is very hard—definitely needs foam padding like the front of the seat. After 2–3 months of use, the mesh on the lumbar support and seat feels too soft. The headrest loses its firmness over time and should have a fixed setting. The armrests are also unstable in terms of rotation, which limits my ability to move the chair, as I usually rely on them for adjustments. Overall, the seat would be much better without mesh.
Can I claim a full replacement for the chair, or only individual parts?
My back is a lot better, chair is comfortable. Very happy. Have issues with reclining mechanism: it does not always lock on highest tilt and slips
The two things I would add are the ability to lean further back and for the headrest to push more inward. Other than that, the chair is amazing so far.
I ordered the Hinomi V2 Pro after I had a secret labs chair for years, but since that chair only had pillows for supported I just started pushing them away when they annoyed me, compared to the Hinomi now, everything is adjustable which is great. On the first day my shoulderblades were feeling sore which was a great sign of me finally sitting upright because I had a habit of leaning my whole body forward and thus my muscles in my back never were used correctly. The chair is really easy to put together, only Problem is getting the seat onto the hydraulic part, bit hard to do since you can't see the opening. Overall it's a great chair and I hope to finally improve my posture with it. I should add that im 167cm for a guy, but it seems like it's easily adjustable for a person to maybe 185-190cm I'd assume, couldn't say anything about other measurements.
Previously i bought an ergonomic chair from different brand and sadly it only last within couple of months, but this time around i stumbled upon Hinomi, i give it a try and purchased it and so far the expectation superb as it has a strong base which is what I'm looking for. Overall, am happy with the product 👍👍

I have been using this chair for a few weeks and it has made a noticeable difference to my daily comfort.

Loving it so far!!! Here are my observations. I'm 5'-4", about 145lbs. First impression, your packaging is impressive, you take care of your product, and it shows. It's a high quality build. Easy to assemble. Classy looking and feels well made. This chair feels substantial when you sit in it, nothing "rickety" about it. The many adjustments make it wonderful for my shorter stature. I work from home and have a corner desk, so the adjustability of the arms is KEY! Being able to flip them up was uber important as I use this feature all the time. I've never used armrest while working, but now find myself using them more often than not, they're perfect! I also craft while using my Hinomi chair (spinning wheel), so even more important. The footrest on the base's legs (above the wheels) is great, I rest my foot there all the time, never slips off. Being able to rock, ROCKS! I don't game, but I do recline with my footrest out while Youtubing at the end of the day, way too comfortable for a "desk chair". My only wishes are, 1. more padding at the front of the seat, I've put a slim pad there. 2. More locking positions for the tilt feature. 3. Maybe a locking feature for the arm positioning. Other than those, It's the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. I feel fully ergonomically supported, I have no aches and pains after a full day of work. I'd buy this chair again in a heartbeat!
