It's giving me problems. One of the backrest screws keeps coming loose, and another is missing. It came with this problem from the factory.

I feel that it is very comfortable and breathable. There are some difficulties with the headrest adjustment being too difficult and the net of the chair is a bit scratchy but draping a blanket over the chair helps. Overall, the size of the chair is good plenty of space for someone 162cm tall the leg rest is good too. Very comfortable for long hours sitting. However the tilt of the chair is also not very stable sometimes it still tilts when already locked.

The Hinomi chair is excellent—super comfortable

The Hinomi chair is excellent—super comfortable, highly adjustable, and very well-built. The mesh and lumbar support make a huge difference for long hours of work. Everything feels premium. The only thing I don’t really use is the footrest, but it doesn’t affect the overall quality. Still an amazing chair and definitely worth it.

My wife loves the H1 Pro V2

My wife loves the H1 Pro V2. I've had the H1 Classic and when her old chair started to give out she took mine for a spin. Admittedly, at first we went with another brand offering similar features to save on cost. But two days of using it and I was asked to pack it up and return it. You get what you pay for and Hinomi makes a great product. Not to mention, customer service is excellent. Almost a year ago I reached out with an issue about my original chair and was shipped a replacement part ASAP. Would highly recommend Hinomi for anyone considering a well engineered chair that delivers and a company that takes care of it's consumers.
