I purchased two (2) Hinomi H2 Pro Ergonomic Office Chairs with Optional Leg Rest on 8 April 2026. However, on the expected delivery date of 10 April 2026, only one chair was delivered. I immediately brought this to your attention via email on the same day. Your team responded that the second package may have been missed during delivery by DHL and that the matter had been escalated to the courier.
I then contacted Hinomi via WhatsApp using the phone number obtained from Instagram. However, as of today, there has been no reply.
On 15.4.2026, I received an email from Hinomi informing me that they had arranged a new shipment.
I would also like to raise a separate concern regarding the delivery experience. The chair that was delivered, a package weighing approximately 30kg, was left at my doorstep by the delivery personnel without any assistance. When I requested assistance to move the item indoors, I was refused. For an item of this size and weight, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to manage it entirely on their own, and the refusal to provide even basic assistance falls well below acceptable service standards.
I wish to be candid that Hinomi is still relatively new in the Malaysian market, and there are limited local reviews available. My decision to purchase two chairs was based on trust in your brand and the positive feedback I had seen. This experience, however, has significantly undermined that trust. As a customer who chose to place confidence in your product, I expected a much higher standard of service.
