The chair itself is indeed very comfortable and the "four panel" setup on the back which doesn't put pressure on your spine is excellent!! However, there is one thing that I have an issue with which I hope will be taken care of in the next model and that is the "stability" of the back. What I mean by this is that when you lift the back or the headrest up, they can very easily fall back down again, especially the headrest - if I tilt my head back and rest it on the headrest, if it is done at a certain angle, the headrest will drop back down to its lowest position. It's a pity that they do not lock in place securely. (unless of course I have not found the way to do it yet - if there is a way, please let me know because it does get quite irritating sometimes.) Other than that, excellent chair!!!

I already have an H1 Pro gaming chair at the office I work at as the supplied chair are so uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the product.
I also needed a new office chair for home and decided to go for the X1. I am not disappointed. The quality exceeds the H1 and is probably more comfortable. The only minor "disappointment" is the X1 reduced recline angle. But this isn't enough to detract from this excellent product.

Nice packaging, easy assembly. It looks and feels sturdy, made from quality materials.
It's comfortable and it has a lot of settings to adjust to the body.

The only slight problem is that you can change the settings accidentally quite easily only by moving the chair because the force required to move parts is relatively low.
That aside it's still a great buy and worth 5 stars.
