¿Por qué elegir la silla ergonómica Hinomi H1 Pro?

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre V1 y V2?

La principal diferencia entre nuestros modelos V1 y V2 es el reposacabezas mejorado. En el V1, el reposacabezas mejora principalmente la comodidad al reclinarse. Por otro lado, el V2 cuenta con un reposacabezas de doble función con una superficie curva para apoyar la postura erguida y una superficie plana para reclinarse cómodamente. Esta innovación proporciona soporte para el cuello.

¿Puedes confirmar si el H1 Pro es totalmente apto para veganos o no?

¿Me quedará bien el Hinomi H1 Pro?

Will the H1 Pro's castors scratch my floor?

The H1 PRO's polyurethane-coated castors contain industrial-grade stainless steel ball bearings. They will roll without leaving scratches, no matter what floor you have.

How good is the breathable mesh of the chair?

The breathable mesh is woven in Germany and is certified by ISO, FR-One, and OEKO-TEX.

Will the hydraulic system of the chair last long and be reliable?

The Class-IV-rated hydraulic system, for instance, is built in South Korea and is certified by BIFMA.

Is delivery free?

FREE delivery in 2 to 5 working days to the following European Union countries (except for Islands): Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain.

We propose a small shipping fee for many other countries in the European Union.

Where is my order?

Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. This link will allow you to track the progress of your order.

How long will the delivery take?

Delivery now takes generally 2 to 4 working days. We work with the main transporters to take the product to your door. Our usual shipping partner is FedEx.

Can I choose pickup point for delivery?

The pickup point option is not available at the moment.

Usage Questions

How to adjust the recline tension ?

The recline tension can be adjusted with the handle below the chair on the right.

You can only adjust the recline tension when the chair is in the upright position.

Rotate the handle to make the tension stronger or lighter:
* screw to make it harder
* unscrew to make it lighter

You have 4 levels of tension.

How easy is the assembly of the chair?

Currently, we do not supply assembly service, but the assembly is straightforward; most people can do it in 4 easy steps in 5 minutes.

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice has been automatically sent to your email following the successful payment. If you haven't received the invoice, we recommend checking your junk mail and promotional mail folders, as sometimes emails may be filtered there. If there was a mistake in the email address provided during the checkout process, please let us know so we can update it and resend the confirmation email with the invoice.
