The H2 is definitely and upgrade, my wife’s lower back was hurting very much from an office chair she purchased a few years ago. Just from using the H2 her pain subsided.
It is a really comfortable chair that do not feel hot, with a lot of useful adjustments for ergonomic needs. Good for working from home.
This actually feels like a proper ergonomic chair. Miles better than my last "office" ergo chair. I'm 186cm and 92kg male and it has enough room for me. Supports under my legs spot on and the back rest fits perfect. I even had my wife try she is around 170cm, she enjoys it too . It has an insane level of adjustment that feels like it's actually doing something. The lumbars is so lovely, definitely not too much and you can dial it in. The packaging was immaculate and the assembly took a whole like 5 minutes. It's beyond simple. In terms of build quality everything is top, the mesh feels like fabric, not bothersome on the skin. A lot of the chair is real metal so it's sturdy. And the plastics used are not flimsy. Only complaints is the armrests are a bit finicky to move up/down. I forgot to say, I'd recommend the footrest, I thohght it'd be a gimmick but it's genuinely nice to just rest back with it for 5-10 minutes, feels great on my back. Overall for its price I feel it shoots way higher, the value is great.

It was a gift for my wife, I bought the H2 pro with a footrest. My wife works part time from home, part time in the office, so after trying this chair, she says she doesn't even want to go to the office anymore :) The chair is very comfortable, with many options for adjusting it to individual needs. It was very good decision to purchase footrest also - she uses it basically all time. Before buying, I saw in reviews that people complained about sharp corners, scratching skin, but we did not noticed that. The edges are rounded, no sharp or unfinished edges, overall - a good-quality product. The only small thing - headrest is a little loose, if you lean harder with head, it slides back untill it rests against the backrest. But that is minor issue.
Bought H2 Pro with leg rest and seat cover and installed it by myself. It's easy to install and all tools needed are supplied as well. The chair is comfortable and doesn't feel hot even after long hours of seating. Worth the money!!
The only thing that I am not happy about is the delivery time duration is too long. From 10am to 6pm. You only get msg from the delivery person 30mins before arriving. So I just ask them to put outside my unit because I was away to get my lunch.
Loving it so far!!! Here are my observations. I'm 5'-4", about 145lbs. First impression, your packaging is impressive, you take care of your product, and it shows. It's a high quality build. Easy to assemble. Classy looking and feels well made. This chair feels substantial when you sit in it, nothing "rickety" about it. The many adjustments make it wonderful for my shorter stature. I work from home and have a corner desk, so the adjustability of the arms is KEY! Being able to flip them up was uber important as I use this feature all the time. I've never used armrest while working, but now find myself using them more often than not, they're perfect! I also craft while using my Hinomi chair (spinning wheel), so even more important. The footrest on the base's legs (above the wheels) is great, I rest my foot there all the time, never slips off. Being able to rock, ROCKS! I don't game, but I do recline with my footrest out while Youtubing at the end of the day, way too comfortable for a "desk chair". My only wishes are, 1. more padding at the front of the seat, I've put a slim pad there. 2. More locking positions for the tilt feature. 3. Maybe a locking feature for the arm positioning. Other than those, It's the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. I feel fully ergonomically supported, I have no aches and pains after a full day of work. I'd buy this chair again in a heartbeat! Really happy with the ergonomics of the chair, however I noted that the arm rests weren’t installed in line, where one was a little bit higher than the other. It’s very noticeable when the armrests are down but not when it’s raised since you can adjust the height. Overall it’s good, just that I wished the team would have taken more time to quality check their items for this price point.

After countless days of researching, comparing, and almost settling on a cheaper chair due to how oversaturated the office-chair market is, I found this chair from a YouTube video. I had very specific criteria for the ideal office chair and most chairs on the market only met few of those requirements would force me to make compromises. This chair met and exceeded my expectations, it checked off every box. It doesn’t take up as much space as the other premium ergonomic mesh chairs, it is adjustable in so many different ways and I can lock in the positions, comes with a high quality foot rest, allows me to set a forward position so I can focus, allows me to put up the arm rests so I can store it away, It even folds up nicely if I feel like making it more compact. It’s super comfortable when it needs to be and I really love how adjustable and compact it is. I was a bit shocked at how easy was to set up. The materials are very high quality, it looks good, feels good, not a cheap chair, but definitely worth the price.
Most chairs I looked at either had the features but were huge and bulky, were affordable but felt cheap and lacked all the features I wanted, looked good but were not as adjustable as I want it to be, had great reviews but didn’t fit my space or workflow. This was the only chair that had all the features I wanted AND can fold up and be put away without taking up space. Truly amazing.
