Overall satisfied with the chair, though I'd have preferred the footrest attached to the wheelbase to be easily removable as I hit my ankle every time it's on the front.
I got the pink one and the colour (especially the seat) was not as I thought it'd be - thought it'd be more dusty pink but turns out more intense. Not a dealbreaker, I can always cover with a fancy throw.
And I spent 2 hours installing by myself - they are SUPER heavy, almost broke my back lol - video instruction was very helpful.
I will recommend to my friends who can afford the price.

My wife likes and find it comfortable. One of the arm rest had the wrong piece given. Had to arrange for their services to replace and all good after that. Good service recovery from Hinomi

The seat is comfortable but some of the parts like wheels and levers were made of plastic which im surprised given the price. Not hard to install alone.

Order was delivered nearing end of July. I just moved, and needed an ergomic chair really badly. Chair arrived in a pretty pink color, and functions well! I think because the chair is veryyyy new, hence, it�s still a little hard to pull out the foot rest or maybe i just need to use it more often. But def satisified!!

Ordered on 25-07-2026 and recieved on 31-07-2026. The chair is comfortable with good adjustable Lumbar Support. Kind of heavy but is because made with solid material. So far no issue with the chair.
