Wonderful chair, sturdy, ergonomic and eye catching. Would have given a 5-star rating if not for minor damage noted upon delivery. Wrote to Hinomi and hope they can and will replace this small plastic part soon.

Even after using the Herman Miller Aeron chair for a decade, the Hinomi X1 is appreciably superior in every way. You immediately feel the lower back support. The ability pull out lower leg support and place my wireless keyboard in my lap while reclining provides me with greater versatility in how I get work done. The chair adjusts in so many directions, it creates the ability to provide maximum ergonomics in a wide array of working conditions, allowing one to keep working in a motivated and comfortable manner throughout even the longest work days. As a measurement specialist, I almost never give the maximum rating. I easily provide it here.
